How often we wish we can turn back our time where we can start all over. Where we have lost and been robbed of our most precious; whether it is a relationship, youth, wealth, health, anything that is dear and close to us. We may have even foolishly thrown it all away, leaving only regret, shame and guilt. We know we are forgiven and our past forgotten by the cleansing blood of Jesus. But wouldn’t it be great if we can get back those years wasted and live them for the glory of the Lord?
Now you can!

Although the past is irrevocable, irreversible and unchangeable, but God is saying we are a new creation, and He can do just that! There is a new beginning for us, filled with new chances, new opportunities and new expectations. God will not only wipe away our rotten past. But He will RESTORE and REPLACE the good of what we have lost, destroyed, and robbed by the devil and its demonic army.
We will have plentiful and be completely satisified. He wants you to know that truth and the truth that HE is in the midst of His people! He is not an absentee Father, we are not orphans. He will not allow His people to be shamed anymore. This is a profound truth that no one else can claim.
I the Lord am your God and there is no one else.
The Day of the LORD is here!

I do not know what is going on. I have been out of work eight weeks due to surgery. A few days ago my car was totaled in a accident that was not my fault. Do not know when i will be able to go back to work. The insurance company will not help me in getting another car. Have bills due and cant pay them. God what ever you are doing, I am standing by and waiting and i am not asking any questions, because you know what you are doing. So, I thank you God for your many blessings to come. God whatever you are doing, I am waiting.

I used to pastor a church here in Holland Europe, but due to foolish decisions in 1995 I lost all my money and my chance to prosper my wife and kids. Since then I had to close down the church and we have spent all those years trying to make ends meet, hurting and unable to discern which way to get back to the place of Gods favour. I feel ashamed and sometimes I would rather die, because I made my wife so unhappy.
My trust has always been in the Lord and His word, but now I am 60 and it seems like all opportunities are gone I cannot hear God anymore.

I am sorry, but I have been waiting for years and all I have is more hurt. I am to the point that I am beginning to not believe. I have lost my family, a child that was lost during pregnancy and three other children who were not mine, but I love with all my heart. I lost my family when I lost my job. She won’t have anything to do with me. I am tired of hurting and waiting on God to restore what I have lost. I have now been divorced twice and just get by day to day. My anger toward God for taking everything away that I gave him will not allow me to give him anything else. I trusted him with everything and now I have nothing. I lost my family, my home, my career all because I really trusted God in everything. I am tired of being told that I have no faith. I jumped off of many cliffs in faith and God was not there. I am glad for everyone who God does touch, but I realize that I one who God ignores and watches me hurt.
I wish this was for me, but I have been practicing this for years and it just don’t work.
Yes, I am a Christian and I do believe in Jesus and have accepted him as my Savior. I study the Bible and have it in my heart. I now have zero hope.

I am reminded of the woman with the issue of bleeding blood (Mark 5:25-34). She suffered for 12 years and was broke because she spent all her fortune finding a cure but found none.
She a Jew would also probably have clinged onto God. However, her retoration came when she touched Jesus.
I believe your restoration would come if you have touched Jesus as well.

I have seen many people died in their Faith for JESUS. Head cut off, shot to death, tortured and many more.. Just for what?? THEIR “faith”,Because of their FAITH.. They died with an extremely violent way. They can avoiding from it from happens by turning back from their FAITH ON JESUS CHRIST. BUT they didn’t do it. THEY believe in FATHER GOD,JESUS and the heaven and the Hell.. Devils will not stop put us in between circumstances of choosing to believe or not. What is important for them is the END. Maybe now your life is full of blessing but DEVILS don’t care about that. They just care about the end of your life. Brother and Sister in Christ. People who died for their faith on JESUS have lost everything in their Life. But they didn’t thinks about their lost because when their choose to believe they know that they have to give everything.. EVERYTHING.. and LET GOD GUIDE their WAY.. STOP thinking about what you have LOST and start to think about what Have GOD did for you. HE leave his throne, His kingdom, His everything and came to the world to die for us so that we will be able to Leave with HIM one day. Same goes to us.. I came to this link for encouragement based on scripture I was reading about David’s life. Then stumbled upon these comments…chuck27 in particular…raised a question in my heart, mind, and spirit??? Could the disappointment experienced be from “re-marriage” Read what scripture has to say about marriage and divorce. I’m not positive that a believer can expect God’s blessing outside of obedience. Repentance means to turn away from, correct? So, once divorced, one is to remain unmarried as long as the x-spouse is living, or be reconciled to the x-spouse. Just read it and think about it. Many wonder why 2nd and 3rd marriages have higher risk divorce rate among Christians???

My question is, does the lack of blessing extend to the children of divorced parents? If so, lovesworkshop just explained my entire family life. When my parents got married in 1964, my dad was divorced, with his ex-wife and 3 kids living in another state. (It was my mom’s first and only marriage.) Their marriage also fell apart after a few months, just enough time for me to be conceived. I grew up with my dad rejecting me; he died of cancer in 1981 never having met me face-to-face. I was never able to have a relationship with my half-siblings, and they are all now deceased. My grandfather, who should have been my father figure, committed suicide when I was 7 years old. My grandmother, who was my primary caregiver along with my mom, was verbally abusive to us. I, myself, experienced marriage delayed until I was 40, followed by my spouse’s unexpected death from cardiac arrest 4 years after our wedding. I want children, but no man I’ve ever met wants to have a family with me. I lack the financial resources to adopt. The relationship I’m currently in is troubled; my significant other is reluctant to get married, does not want children either, and has been rendered impotent by diabetes. Even if he did want children, a miracle would be necessary for conception (never mind the marriage issue), because of his medical condition and my age and medical conditions (gastric bypass surgery, high blood pressure, one ovary surgically removed due to a cyst).
To sum it up according to lovesworkshop’s reasoning, I was conceived outside of God’s will and am not eligible for God’s blessings, even though I publicly accepted Christ as a teenager and even though there are numerous Bible promises concerning marriage and fertility for believers. I’ve always believed I had supernatural opposition to a happy family life. This post seems to support that notion. Is it God withholding His blessings, even after being petitioned in prayer to release them, because of my parents? Or is it the enemy’s work?

No good parent will withhold good things from their children, if singful people can give good things to their children (Luke 11:11-13), wouldn’t Father God wan to dish out His good blessings?

I have no answer for your question, to remain unmarried or not. But I know repetance is not only to turn away, but also to turn to God!
From there, the Holy Spirit will teach you what to do… Hear the Holy Spirit that is in you!

Hey Chuck, I just want to say I realised what it means to lose your faith in God because of all your losses. I recently lost something I worked to the bone to gain and I lost a lot of faith in myself and God. I broke down and almost surrended to Satan’s lies. But please don’t ever forget that God is there and he will help. I know that mere words won’t help completly but the word of God is no mere word and it helped me. I’m still trying to reclaim my faith and continue my goals in spite of what I lost. I pray that you will be healed in the name of Jesus, God Bless You Sir.

I have also just lost my home. I am sitting in a Mcdonalds parking lot using the internet because I am now homeless and living in my car with my dog. I prayed, had other christians praying for me, tithed, fasted, and believed God’s promises for help and deliverance, yet here I am sitting in the cold. Right now, I feel pathetic and worthless. I know God is in control and he cares, but what good does that do if he takes no action in my situation? How can I learn to trust him again if my faith goes unrewarded? Please pray for me, I don’t know how long I can live my life out of a car.

I don’t have the answer to every one’s problems and I’m not GOD. But I can say that when I let go of all my problems to CHRIST and started trusting in HIS SURE AND FINISHED WORK(FULLY) and stop trying to make things happen in my own effort. And realized that the work has already been done by CHRIST 2,000 years ago on the cross and to just simply receive HIS GRACE for what is needed. That’s when I seen HIM move in my life. Many of us have been taught erroneous doctrine that we have to perform to get. Which is far from what is really true. No the WORK is FINISHED RECEIVE this day whatever you need and be HEALED and RESTORED!!! To John I just feel impressed to tell you that GOD is FAITHFUL to FULFILL all that HE PROMISED you and that its TIME for you to let go of the condemnation and guilt trip in your heart. GOD is NOT judging you!!! There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in CHRIST JESUS. GOD will NEVER judge or comdemn any believer ever again because CHRIST has taken it all. HE was beaten so that you would never have to! Despite what you’ve done or ever will do. HE paid THE ULTIMATE PRICE for our sins. Stop trying to open a case that has been closed 2,000 years ago!!! Let go of the law and preach THE TRUE GOSPEL of GRACE to the CHURCH. Your RESTORATION is on the way…Just watch and SEE!!!

You will find that ” God is most powerfully present even when he seems most apparently absent” – Pastor Pete Wilson of Cross Point Church) ….if you have access to internet service , pls go to youtube and type ” Pete Wilson Plan B” and select the one with the 30 minute message. To Chuck and to the others who have many questions about God about being at the end of the rope, pls find the time to listen to this “Plan B” message on the life of Joseph. It wouldn’t hurt to do so…and might even give you a brighter perspective of what you’re going through…you don’t lose anything by listening to someone who will describe your situation and will speak what you may exactly need to hear, birthing hope and light to your darkened circumstances. I totally understand what Chuck is feeling, I, too, lost a wonderful 30 year career and financial stability due to sin. I have asked for forgiveness and I do believe God has forgiven me. But, I have doubts that I will ever enjoy success again. That the things I lost will be restored. I have prayed for almost 2 years, which I know is not as long as some others have … but, this has put a terrible strain on my marriage, our financial situation and my relationships with other people. I have tried looking for a job, but because of my sin I cannot list any references. I feel like no one will hire me. I keep hoping God will just make something happen for me … that He will give me another chance to be successful and that I will experience a major divine intervention from Him to fix this terrible mess I have made of my life. I believe in the power of prayer, but I am losing hope and what little bit of faith I have left.

To Chuck… Your situation is very similar to mine. When I too lost my job, my world collapsed. My marriage then failed and my daughters deserted me as well. I lost my home, career, wealth, friends, and eventually my faith. But Christ wouldn’t let go of me and kept bringing me back to Him. I am drawn to Him continually. He is all I have, and to my surprise, He is all I need! I have been praying for the restoration of my family for over 3 years now. My ex will have nothing to do with me and my situation looks hopeless even as I write this. But in my soul, I know that this is EXACTLY when God to do His best work! What is impossible with men, is possible with God! I wait and expect His miracles any moment now! Blessings brother…it WILL happen!

I have been through living journeys of hell here on earth. 28 yrs. ago at the age of 37 a full blown alcoholic. Through some Divine power I was carried to the doors of A.A. and have been sober ever since by trusting in the God of my understanding (God the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit). I was granted a miracle beyond miracles. 10 yrs. after this miracle was given to me managers where I worked took it upon themselves to destroy me as a human being in every way possible. This vindictive retribution crippled me mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically where I felt totally abandoned by God and feeling I was being punished by Him. I was looking for some way out by ending it with my own hand. I spent 5 yrs. living in this hell on earth crying out to God to save me, save my job, and save my family. It didn’t seem to be happening. A fellow employee who was undergoing the same treatment as I came into work with a rifle and killed 4 fellow employees and himself. I meanwhile was feeling totally abandoned by family and friends up to that time and was told its your problem you handle it. A true living hell. It was only when I stopped asking God to do His will a specific way that I was brought out of that living hell. Standing naked in my bedroom I gave myself to God my Creator, completely in mind, body and soul in full willingness and acceptance praying the following “what-so-ever You shall have for me I will accept”. At that point God sent His angels to help me. His angels in human form rebuilt me mentally emotionally, physically and spiritually. I retired from that job 7 yrs. ago. I still have my family, my home and all the earthly possessions that belong to God but which he allows me to use and call mine. I give thanks to my Father for everything I am given 24/7. After coming through this journey I realized I was trying to tell God how to fix it where it should have been “His will not mine be done”.

I’ve been out of work for over five years now, and have no hope of finding a new job. I was initially very positive in my job search, but have gradually gone from hope, to disappointment, to acceptance.
I am not bitter because I have simply accepted the fact that I will never work again. Fortunately I don’t have any children so am thankful for that because I can only imagine how hard it must be for those who are unemployed with children to raise.
I don’t know why God didn’t answer my prayers, but I do know he is sovereign and his ways and thoughts are higher than ours. That’s all I need to know.

I have survived two different cancers, and have been in remission for the past three years.
All of this by the grace of our wonderful, almighty God!
What worked for me and I’m sure, will work for you too, is to start magnifying and praising God!
The first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.
You don’t need to shout and don’t even need to whisper because any way……….God hears you!!
Don’t give up! Stand strong, God sees and hears you!!

I accepted Jesus at a young age, was led to Him by my brother returning from church camp. Served Him best I could, my church came under attack by people of the hgl community, destroyed the church, many lost everything,,including myself,,,,,that was over 30 yrs ago,,,,still waiting upon the Lord to restore my life,,,all my family are now with Him,,,,I’m alone down here now,,,pray with me that He will bless me with one good friend,,,and a way to care for myself,,,,old men don’t get jobs is this world,,,,not even good doc’s.
